Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Mobazha platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mobazha provides a decentralized commerce platform that enables users to create online stores, list products, and accept payments through cryptocurrency and traditional payment methods. The Service is available as a hosted SaaS solution and as self-hosted software.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password or grant access to your account to any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Sell illegal goods or services in your jurisdiction
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or engage in any form of cyberattack

5. Payments and Fees

Mobazha charges zero commissions on sales. During the Beta period, all features are free. When paid plans are introduced, pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) may charge their own fees.

6. Buyer Protection and Escrow

Cryptocurrency payments may be secured through smart contract escrow. Escrow provides automatic payment protection, but Mobazha does not guarantee the outcome of any transaction or dispute between buyers and sellers.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you create on the platform. You may export your data at any time. For self-hosted deployments, all data resides entirely on your own infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Mobazha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds from cryptocurrency transactions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
