Mobazha is built with privacy as a core principle. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

SaaS (Hosted) Users

  • Account information: email address or platform login (Telegram, etc.)
  • Store data: product listings, orders, and store settings you create
  • Basic usage analytics to improve the platform

Self-Hosted Users

When you self-host Mobazha, all data stays on your own server. We do not have access to your store data, customer information, or transaction history. The only connection is optional peer-to-peer network participation for store discovery.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process transactions and provide customer support
  • To improve the platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns
  • To communicate important updates about the Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following cases:

  • With payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to process fiat transactions
  • When required by law or valid legal process
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Mobazha or its users

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Buyer-seller chat is end-to-end encrypted using the Matrix protocol. Cryptocurrency transactions are secured through blockchain-based escrow.

5. Data Export and Deletion

You can export all your store data at any time. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Data will be removed within 30 days of a verified request.

6. Cookies

The Mobazha website uses only essential cookies required for the Service to function (session management, authentication). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
